Annual Brahmotsavam of Sri Narasimharaja begins at Parthasarathy Temple.
The annual Brahma festival of Sri Narasimhar temple of Parthasarathy Perumal temple in Triplicane started on Monday morning i.e. 17.06.2024 with the traditional flag hoisting ceremony.
The festival idol of Sri Thelia Singar will be displayed in various decorations. According to sources, Sri Lakshmi Narasimha will be organized on 24th June at 6.15 am, Sri Pallaku Nachiyar on 21st June at 5.30 am and Sri Yoga Narasimhaswamy on 21st June at 4 pm.
The festival will start with Garuda Sevai on 19th June at 5.30 am and Rath Yatra on 23rd June at 7 am. Large number of devotees are expected to come in this festival because every year thousands of devotees visit this temple to see it. Due to which it is expected that like every year, this year also maximum number of devotees will participate in the annual festival of Shri Narasimharaj.
The Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department has made arrangements and facilities for clean drinking water. This facility is very important to get relief from the increasing heat.
